Consulting

Providing the individuality
to put the pieces together.

Support

After 36 years as a K-8 Science and STEAM classroom teacher and 2 years getting my feet wet as a consultant, I am so excited to start my own consulting business.  Lee Marie Gruss, LLC is designed to, first and foremost, provide support to the classroom teacher.

What are your needs and how can I support you wherever you are in your own learning journey?

Lee was phenomenal to co-teach with! She has wonderful ideas for science engagements and helped me long-term plan for my year. As an early career educator, she was there for me as an instructional coach and mentor. She helped me gain the confidence to teach science in my classroom.

Lee Gruss is a highly skilled educator that I have had the pleasure of observing as a mentor who modeled lessons for teachers in our building. She is an innovative educator that gets students and teachers excited about science through interactive lessons that challenge the students while meeting the individual needs of each child. She is creative, resourceful and fun! The students always asked when she was coming back to teach. I am looking forward to the professional development opportunities she will provide for our science teachers to help us strengthen our 21st century programming.
